Hi, I’m Tina Strachan.

I’m a children’s author, writing everything from picture books to Young Adult fiction.

My latest book, Neeka and the Great Search, is the third book in the Wilder Zoo series, an adventurous, wild romp about living in a zoo - through the eyes of 11-year-old conservation champion, Neeka Wilder.

Other books in the series, Neeka and the Missing Key and Neeka and the Storm, follow Neeka as she encounters cheeky animals, balances school-zoo life and juggles friends, fun and family amidst the unique back drop of Wilder Zoo. Illustrated by the incredibly talented CBCA and Whitley award-winning illustrator Max Hamilton these books are published by HarperCollins Publishers and OUT NOW.

The Wilder Zoo series is full of fun, friendship, adventure and animals and was inspired from my own experience working with wildlife.
