Tina Strachan is the author of the delightful Wilder Zoo series of children's books which are full of fun, friendship, adventure and course, lots of animals! Tina will be visiting us instore between 9:30am and 11am to read from her new book in the Wilder Zoo series. We are very excited to welcome Tina and can't wait for this event. Eleven-year-old Neeka Wilder has always loved animals. She wants to be a vet one day, like her mum, who is the head vet at Wilder Zoo - where Neeka and her family live!
Imagine living in your own zoo! Where would you sleep? What would you eat? Who would you play with? Plot all this and more as you work through a story structure for your own zoo-based adventure, with spectacular scene setting, critter character creation and exciting escapades.
This 1 hour author event is suitable for children ages 8-12 years and all resources are provided.
Optional ticket price can include a copy of the third book, Neeka and the Great Search, which you can have signed by the author on the day.
